How do I log in?
With your mobile number. We send the OTP on WhatsApp. You can also use Continue with Google; the first time, we check your mobile with an OTP.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Invite them by mobile number from Settings → Staff. They log in with their own OTP and accept. Staff can’t see savings, expenses or the overview.
Is my customers’ Aadhaar number safe?
Turn on Mask for a field like Aadhaar in Shop settings. It then shows as XXXX XXXX 1234 on screens, on receipts and to staff. Only the owner’s edit form shows the full number.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Customer care and send a message with the topic “Delete my account”. We’ll call or WhatsApp you on your registered number. If you’re the owner, your shop’s records are deleted too.
